Sam is a qualified (220 hrs) Kundalini Yoga teacher, and has also completed the Authentic Relationships Level 2 Kundalini. She trained under the expert guidance of Darryl O'Keeffe, Livtar Lyn Kaur, and Guru Dharam at I-SKY as well as Restorative Yoga training under Eva Hamilton.  

She has undergone specialised training in Gong Therapy, achieving levels 1 & 2 under the renowned Gong Master Mark Swan. On the advice of Mark, Sam sought the guidance of astrologer Zoe Hind at AstroZo to gain a deeper understanding of her own energetic potential. Through a birth chart reading, Zoe identified the Pluto gong as a powerful alignment for Sam's healing work.

Together, Sam and the Pluto gong offer a deeply transformative experience that can help unblock the body's potential for healing. Pluto, often associated with death, rebirth, and transformation, can catalyse profound shifts in consciousness. Sam plays the gong intuitively, allowing the instrument to guide her through the healing journey.

She is a certified Reiki Usui Level 2 practitioner under the guidance of International Reiki Master, Rhona Ness and has completed Cacao Facilitator training in Ireland, Crystal Healing Therapy with Gemma Petherbridge, allowing her to create transformative experiences through the ancient wisdom of Crystal Healing.
